As a clinical supervisor at Integrity Counseling Group, PLLC, I have the opportunity to help shape the careers and skills of our therapists. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment for my supervisees, where they feel comfortable discussing challenging cases and sharing their personal concerns about their work. It is important to me that they feel empowered to make clinical decisions while maintaining ethical and legal standards.

20+ years of clinical experience in private practice and providing individual and group supervision for interns and candidates, I have a passion for passing on my knowledge and growing each person’s unique clinical skills. In addition to my clinical experience I have completed 30 hours of training to become a Clinical Supervision Practitioner trained by Essential Soul Care Academy. Shelly is a Montana Licensed Clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor with over 18 years of experience. She has worked with diverse ages providing CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, Grief and loss counseling and substance use disorder treatment.

She has diverse experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Shelly has also been providing licensure supervision for the past 14 years and offers a broad clinical experience which allows the candidate to understand their use of self in sessions, how to move a client through treatment and discharge.
